Lt. John Domingo (ret.)

The developer of the P.E.P. program, and has over 20 years as an arrest and control/use-of-force instructor. John began his career with the Los Angeles (CA) Police Department before lateraling to the Huntington Beach Police Department where he served as Use of Force Coordinator and supervisor. He has trained hundreds of peace officers throughout Southern California and is a highly sought-after presenter and trainer by other law enforcement agencies. One of his recent publications if "Capture! Not Combat" (with John G. Peters, Jr., Ph.D.).
