The IPICD is renowned for its cost-effective, high-quality, scientifically and evidence-based training programs, leading numerous budget-aware administrators to inquire about hosting an IPICD program.
Criteria for Hosting an IPICD Program
The hosting agency shall furnish a classroom or auditorium that can accommodate 15 or more individuals, free of charge to the IPICD. The provided space must be equipped with desks or tables and seating to ensure each attendee can take notes in their IPICD program workbook safely and comfortably.
The hosting agency shall supply a digital video projector (DVP) with audio capabilities, or an equivalent device, capable of projecting PowerPoint® slides, photographs, digital videos, and audio.
The host agency commits to aiding the IPICD in promoting the program(s). The hosting agency will offer a minimum of three dates to the IPICD staff to ensure the selection of a mutually agreeable program date(s). The chosen date(s) should be scheduled no less than 90 days (3 months) in advance to allow adequate time for promoting the program(s), with a recommendation of 180 days (6 months). This stipulation is not applicable to contracted programs.
The hosting agency is eligible to receive up to five (5) tuition-free seats, contingent on the number of paid participants. (Refer to the information provided below for further details.)
The IPICD requires a minimum of 12 paid registrations to dispatch a trainer to the training site. Should the number of paid registrations fail to meet this threshold before the deadline, the IPICD will reach out to the host to arrange a new date. Additionally, the IPICD staff will take responsibility for notifying all registered participants about the rescheduling.
Should you be interested in obtaining POST certification, it is important to note that the host agency is responsible for securing this for their program. Our role is to assist by supplying the necessary information POST mandates for acquisition. Kindly inform us of your specific needs, as requirements vary by state.
For every 12 to 15 paid seats, there are 2 total free seats available for the host.
For every 16 to 20 paid seats, there are 3 total free seats available for the host.
For every 21 to 25 paid seats, there are 4 total free seats available for the host.
For 25+ paid seats, there are 5 total free seats available for the host.
The IPICD is responsible for collecting all tuition fees and registrations.
