Is a sworn Constable in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and also teaches firearms at a Pennsylvania community college. A former Wilkes-Barre (PA) Police Department officer, David was a members of its Emergency Services Unit. A nationally-recognized munitions, defensive tactics, impact tool, and firearms instructor, David has taught instructor and basic courses to police, correctional, military, and security officers across North America. A National Rifle Association-qualified firearms instructor, he has the street experience to separate theory from reality. His graduate degree in criminal justice is from Bowling Green State University (Ohio), and his undergraduate degree in education was earned at Wilkes University (PA). He is also a Certified Litigation Specialist awarded through the Americans for Effective Law Enforcement.
